Yes. RxPad now supports creating a patient using their 16-digit IHI directly, without a Medicare or DVA card.
On the New Patient form, in the Medicare / DVA Information section, click the enter the IHI number manually link to switch to IHI-only mode and enter the patient’s IHI.
Note: The IHI is still validated against the HI Service, so confirm it is current before using this method.
The standard path, entering Medicare or DVA and letting RxPad fetch the IHI automatically, still works as usual.
