You can request to cancel your membership at any time by using the 'Cancel' feature under the 'Subscription' tab in Settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you decide to re-activate your subscription before the billing cycle ends, you can do so on the same page by clicking the 'Re-Activate' button.

Note: After cancelling, you’ll still be able to use RxPad until the end of your current billing cycle.
