If the Submit button is greyed out when creating a prescription in RxPad, it usually means there’s a formatting error in one of the fields.
Step 1: Check All Fields
Review the form carefully to ensure that every required field is filled in correctly.
Step 2: Pay Attention to Contact Details
The most common cause is incorrect formatting in the phone number or email address fields at the bottom of the form.
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the text.
Confirm the phone number and email follow the correct format.
Step 3: Correct the Error
Once you fix the formatting issue, the Submit button should become active again.
