Invalid Password During Authentication?

Receiving a notification that claims your password is "Invalid"? Here is the easy solve.

When writing certain prescriptions - such as those for S8 medications - RxPad will require you to re-enter your account password.

If you are receiving an error message that your password is "Invalid" it is likely you are not entering the correct account password.

Your password in this case will be the same as your account password.

If this is the case, and you are unable to remember your account password, the best solution will be to reset your account password. This can be done independently, or if the issue persists, you can contact RxPad support.
