My password is invalid during account authentication?

Receiving a notification that claims your password is invalid?

When writing certain prescriptions - such as those for S8 medications - RxPad will require you to re-enter your account password.

If you are receiving an error message that your password is "invalid" it is likely you are not entering the correct account password.

Your password in this case will be the same as your account password.

If you are unable to remember your password, you can reset your password.
