What is the shared patient list?

On Team Starter and Team Pro, everyone in your organisation works from one shared patient list. A patient added by any prescriber or admin is immediately searchable by the whole team – there is no need to re-create patients per prescriber.

What this gives you

  • One source of truth for patient demographics across the organisation.

  • Patients added at reception by a Patient Admin are instantly available to every prescriber.

  • Bulk import only needs to be run once for the whole organisation (patients are de-duplicated by IHI).

  • On Team Pro, an All locations filter on Manage Patients lets you scope the list to a specific sub-location.

Note: Patient records are organisation-scoped: each organisation has its own list and there is no cross-organisation sharing. On Individual plans (Lite / Pro) the patient list belongs to that single prescriber account.
