You can upgrade or downgrade your RxPad subscription directly from the Settings menu. Please note the following before making changes:
Only the organisation owner can update subscription details. If you’re part of a clinic, please contact your organisation owner.
Each organisation can only have one type of plan (either Unlimited or Standard) for all users.

Open the Settings menu in your RxPad account.
Step 2: Open the Subscription Tab
At the top of the page, click on the Subscription tab.

Step 4: Update Your Subscription
In Stripe, click Update Subscription. From here you can:
Step 5: Review Charges
Any changes will be charged immediately, with costs calculated pro-rata for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
From your next renewal date, all licenses will be billed together at the updated rate.
If you are downgrading your subscription the excess amount from previous payments will be credited towards future payments on a pro-rata base.
Please Note:
Downgrades work differently depending on the direction. The headline rule is: a Team-plan account with more than one prescriber cannot move to an Individual plan.
Within Individual plans (Pro → Lite)
You can downgrade from Pro to Lite at any time from Settings → Billing → Change plan. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Note: Lite is capped at 30 scripts per month, so make sure that limit fits your prescribing volume before switching.
Within Team plans (Team Pro → Team Starter)
You can downgrade from Team Pro to Team Starter at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll lose multi-location support, sub-locations, auto-routing, and per-location activity tracking — but your shared patient list, centralised billing, and team structure remain.
From a Team plan to an Individual plan (Team Starter or Team Pro → Pro or Lite)
This depends on how many prescribers are on your account.
If you have only one prescriber on your account: you can downgrade to an Individual plan (Lite or Pro) at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have more than one prescriber on your account: you cannot downgrade to an Individual plan. Individual plans are single-prescriber only. To downgrade, you'd first need to remove all but one prescriber from your team. Once your account has a single prescriber, the Individual-plan options become available.
