You can request to cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Please note the following before making changes:
Only the organisation owner can update subscription details. If you’re part of a clinic, please contact your organisation owner.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Open the Settings menu in your RxPad account.
Step 2: Open the Subscription Tab
At the top of the page, click on the Subscription tab.
Step 3: Manage Subscription
Click the Manage Subscription button. You’ll be redirected to Stripe, our billing provider.
Step 4: Cancel Your Subscription
In Stripe, click Cancel Subscription.
Please Note: After cancelling you can still use RxPad until the end of your current billing period. If you change your mind you can renew your subscription in this period.
