Anyone in an organisation can invite a new user to RxPad, however the owner of the organisation will need to approve these invitations before they can create their account.
To invite a new user, first navigate to the "Settings" page on RxPad, then click on the "Invite User" button in the top right corner
Thich will open the following pop up window. Here simply input the invitees email address and choose what role they should have.
Once the invitation is sent the Owner of the organisation will receive an email to approve or deny the invitation, and once approved the new user can create their account which will automatically be linked to the organisation.
Please note: If you are invited as a prescriber, the standard onboarding flow for prescribers still applies. This means you will still need to apply for an eRx entity ID, to be able to create your account.
