Data Reports lets you pull structured CSV exports of your organisation’s prescribing activity, active users, monthly prescription counts, and line-level prescribed items.
It is designed for Super Admins and the Owner.
Who can use it
Only Super Admins and the Owner see the Data Reports tab. Prescribers, Patient Admins and Rx Admins do not. If someone needs reporting access, the Owner can elevate them to SuperAdmin in Settings → Users.
Where to find it
In the left sidebar, scroll to the SUPPORT section and click Data Reports (between Settings and Help). The page is titled Reporting Dashboard and has two tabs: Analytics and Exports.
Analytics tab (coming soon)
The Analytics tab is currently in development (marked SOON) and shows previews only. Until it launches, use the Exports tab and build your own views in Excel, Power BI or Looker Studio.
Exports tab – the six CSV exports
Active Prescribers – all active prescribers with registration details (point-in-time).
Active Admins – all active admin users and their roles (point-in-time).
Prescriptions by Prescriber – monthly script count per prescriber (selected month).
Prescriptions – every prescription issued in the month, one row per script (selected month).
Prescribed Items – line-level detail for every script, full schema (selected month).
Lite Prescribed Items – the same line-level rows in a smaller, analysis-friendly column set (selected month).
How to export
On the Exports tab, pick the month for the monthly reports (it defaults to the current month).
Click Export CSV next to the report you want.
The CSV downloads through your browser – there is no email delivery.
Note: Timestamps are in Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) and the column headers state the timezone. The Molecule Name column holds the cleaned active-ingredient name and is the best column for grouping (e.g. counting all Salbutamol scripts regardless of brand, form or strength). To link script-level and line-level exports, join on SCID.
Note: Sensitivity: exports contain prescriber and patient identifiers (names, DOB) and full prescribing detail – treat them as restricted clinical data and limit who you share them with. Patient IHI, Medicare number, DVA number, address, mobile and email are not included in any export.
