On Team Pro, RxPad asks where you are working each time you sign in so it can stamp the correct site address and contact details on the scripts you write.
Start your session
Sign in to RxPad. The location picker appears before you can prescribe.
Under Where are you working today? choose your site (if only one is available it is pre-selected).
Click Start session.
Switch location during the day
If you move sites, click the LOCATION chip under MENU in the left sidebar, pick the new site and confirm. Every script you write after that is routed from the new location.
How auto-routing works
RxPad uses your current location for every script until you switch. The location is recorded on the prescription (the Location column in Manage Prescriptions), printed on paper tokens, and used for per-location reporting.
Note: Can’t see a site you should be working at? Click Join a new location under the picker, or ask a Super Admin or Owner to assign you in Settings → Locations.
