On Team Pro, you can run multiple physical or virtual sites under one HPI-O. All location admin is done in Settings → Locations by the Owner or a SuperAdmin.
Add a sub-location
Go to Settings, open the Locations tab, and click + Add location.
Enter a clear Location name, the Address (via Address Search or manual entry), and a Phone number.
Click Save. The site appears in your Locations list.
Assign prescribers to a location
On the location row, click Manage to see who is assigned, then click Assign.
Search and tick the prescribers, then click Assign.
Ask the prescriber to sign out and back in – the new site then appears in their location picker.
To remove someone, expand the location with Manage and click the red remove (X) icon next to their name.
Per-prescriber Location Profile
After assignment, each prescriber should open Settings → Prescriber Profile and set their Provider Number, Phone and Email for that site in the Location Profiles section. Those details print on tokens issued from that location.
Note: Every new prescriber is auto-assigned to the default location (shown by the “All prescribers auto-assigned” label). Deactivating a location keeps historical scripts but removes it from the picker for new sessions.
