Multi-location support is exclusive to Team Pro.
It lets a single clinic group operate multiple physical sites under one HPI-O, all from one RxPad account. You can create sub-locations (for example, Clinic A and Clinic B), assign prescribers to specific sites, and have scripts automatically issued from the correct location based on where the prescriber is working.
What multi-location gives you on Team Pro:
One HPI-O, many sub-locations. Configure sub-locations like "Clinic A, North Sydney" and "Clinic B, Bondi" under your single registered HPI-O.
Prescriber-to-location assignment. Assign which prescribers can prescribe at which sub-locations.
Auto-routing of scripts. When a prescriber writes a script, RxPad automatically routes it from the correct sub-location, no manual selection.
You configure sub-locations from Settings → Locations. There is no hard limit on the number of sub-locations.
If you have multiple physical sites but are currently on Team Starter, you'll need to upgrade to Team Pro to access these features.
