Open Settings and select the Prescriber Profile tab (prescribers) or the Admin Profile tab (admin-only users).
Prescribers can update Title, Given/Family name, Prescriber Number, Prescriber Type, Qualifications, Provider Number, AHPRA Number, Entity ID, HPI-I Number, contact details, and – on Team Pro – the per-site details in the Location Profiles section. Admin-only users see First Name, Family Name and Email.
When you are done, click Update at the bottom to save.
Note: If you change anything above the HPI-I Status check (name, AHPRA, HPI-I), click Validate and confirm the status returns to green Active before clicking Update. Submitting prescriptions while the HPI-I is unvalidated will fail.
Changing your primary email can affect sign-in.
