On Team Starter and Team Pro, prescription history is shared across your organisation. In Manage Prescriptions you can see scripts written by any prescriber (subject to your role), which lets you review a patient’s prior medicines before issuing a new one.
See a patient’s prior scripts before prescribing
From Manage Patients, click the Actions icon on the patient and choose View Prescriptions to see everything that patient has received from any prescriber in the organisation.
Show only my prescriptions
In Manage Prescriptions, use the Show only my prescriptions toggle (top right) to filter to just your own scripts. This is a personal view only – it does not change what anyone else sees.
Turning sharing on or off (admins)
Sharing is controlled by one organisation-wide setting, Enable Share Prescription, in Settings → Organisation. When On (the default), prescriptions are visible org-wide to authorised roles. When Off, each prescriber sees only their own scripts. Only the Owner or a SuperAdmin can change it.
Note: Enable Share Prescription is org-wide – there is no per-user, per-location or per-patient override. Communicate the change to your team before switching it off.
