If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Support
Send an email to our support team at support@rxpad.com.au.
Step 2: Include Your Mobile Number
In your email, make sure to include the mobile number you would like linked to your RxPad account.
Step 3: Account Update by Support
Our support team will update your account with your mobile number. This is required for you to receive a confirmation SMS.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation
Once your account has been updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team. You will then be able to reset your Password on RxPad.
