Real-Time Prescription Monitoring (RTPM) needs to be manually activated before it will work in RxPad. Follow the steps below to confirm it’s active and understand how the results display.
Step 1: Activate RTPM
Make sure you have manually activated RTPM in your RxPad account. Without activation, the system will not run checks. We also have an article on how to activate RTPM.
Step 2: Submit an e-Script
After submitting an e-script, a summary pop-up will appear.
Step 3: Look for the Check Icon
If RTPM is active, you’ll see a small check icon at the top of the summary pop-up.
If a record is found: details will be displayed.
If no record is found: nothing will appear in the pop-up.
