Healthcare Provider Identifier-Individual (HPI-I) - for healthcare providers. This number is allocated by Medicare and is different from the national registration number issued by AHPRA.

Option 1

Log onto PRODA and click link identifiers on the HPOS tile (as displayed on right). Input your AHPRA registration number into allocated field and click search. If you have misplaced your AHPRA registration number this can be located here.

Option 2

If you know your AHPRA User ID simply add 800361 to the front of the ID. This is your HPI-I number. Note: Your user ID is the number you use to log onto your AHPRA account not your registration number.

Option 3

Call AHPRA on 1300 419 495, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (local time).

Option 4

Call the HI Service enquiry line on 1300 361 457, Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm (local time) and request your HPI-I.
