If you encounter an error message stating that the Prescription Delivery Service (PDS) is down, it may indicate an issue with eRX which we connect to.
Note: eRX Script Exchange is the third-party government software that facilitates communication between RxPad and pharmacies.
If their service experiences downtime, it impacts our ability to process prescriptions. While we cannot resolve eRX issues directly, we will report the problem to their team.
Steps to Take
Check the Status of eRX Script Exchange
Visit the eRX Script Exchange service performance page.
If eRX is down, please wait a few minutes and try again. This indicates the issue lies with eRX, not RxPad.
If eRX is Operational
Log out of RxPad and log back in.
Try submitting the prescription again.
If the problem persists, please report the issue to our support team.
