The Data Reports tab is only visible to Super Admins and the organisation Owner. Data Reports are only available to Teams Pro Users or Enterprise users if included in the contract.
Prescribers, Patient Admins and Rx Admins do not see it in their navigation.
If you should have reporting access but cannot see the tab, ask your Owner to confirm or update your role in Settings → Users – the Owner can elevate a user to SuperAdmin, which grants access to Data Reports.
Note: Data Reports lives in the left sidebar under the SUPPORT section, between Settings and Help. If you have the right role and still cannot see it, sign out and back in, then contact support@rxpad.com.au.
